Before preparation begins
Email hinu17195@gmail.com with your order reference as soon as you wish to cancel. Cancellation is available without a cancellation fee before preparation or personalisation begins. We will confirm the cancellation and any refund by email.
Personalised orders in production
Please check names, spellings, colours, sizes and design selections before approving your customisation. Once the approved personalisation has entered production, change-of-mind cancellation is not normally available. This condition must be disclosed before payment. Remedies for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed products remain available under applicable law.
Ready-made orders
Contact us before dispatch to request cancellation of a ready-made order. We will confirm whether dispatch can still be stopped. We do not apply an automatic percentage cancellation deduction.
If we cannot fulfil an order
We will notify you and refund the amount paid for cancelled items and delivery charges attributable to them. Approved cancellation refunds follow the refund-processing timeline in our Returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms excludes compensation or other remedies required by applicable law.
