Delivery charges
Delivery within Padra and Vadodara city is complimentary. Standard delivery to other destinations in India is ₹30 per order, subject to courier serviceability. The complete total is shown at checkout before payment. Pickup by appointment is free. Enter the actual delivery city; nearby districts or villages outside Padra and Vadodara city are not automatically eligible for free city delivery.
Preparation before dispatch
Ready-made products generally require 3–4 working days to prepare. Personalised or made-to-order creations generally require 7–10 working days, depending on the product and complexity. A longer published product estimate takes priority. Your estimate is shown before payment. Working days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. Preparation begins after payment verification and, for personalised orders, approval of the customisation details.
Courier transit
Preparation time is separate from delivery time. Typical local delivery is 1–2 working days after preparation; courier delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch. The applicable estimate is shown before payment. Arrival estimates depend on the destination and courier and are not a guaranteed delivery date. Please contact us before ordering for a particular occasion.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available by prior appointment. Email hinu17195@gmail.com to arrange a collection time. Our home-based studio does not accept walk-in visits.
Delivery updates
For delivery, provide an accurate address and a reachable contact number. Pickup requires a name and contact number, with no delivery address. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate with the courier. Nothing in this policy limits your applicable consumer rights.
