Privacy notice
Only the information your order needs.
Information we use
When you place an order, we use your name, contact phone number, delivery address when delivery is selected, order contents and any personalisation or notes you provide. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and message. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Why and where it is processed
We use this information to process orders, arrange delivery, verify payments, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse and keep required business records. The website is hosted on Netlify; Supabase provides database, image storage and owner authentication. These providers may process information outside India. Access to order details is restricted to authorised store operators and necessary service providers; couriers receive the information required for delivery.
Payments
Payments currently use direct UPI or the displayed payment QR. Authorisation takes place in your chosen payment app under that provider’s privacy practices. Hina verifies the received transaction before marking the order Paid; confirmation is not automatic. We never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, banking password or card security code. Opening a payment app or viewing an order confirmation is not proof that payment has been received.
Browser storage and external services
Your browser stores your cart and wishlist. The current browser tab can remember a private order link to let you resume payment or tracking without re-entering codes. Keep shared devices and private links secure. Clearing device data does not delete orders already submitted to the store. No advertising pixels or embedded Instagram feed are included. Links to Instagram and payment services open services governed by their own privacy practices. Our enquiry form opens your email application; you review and send the message there.
Retention and your requests
We retain order and support information only for as long as needed for fulfilment, returns, disputes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email hinu17195@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity and retain records where required by law. Customer details are not used for promotional messages without a separate opt-in.
Security
Owner access is protected by authentication and multi-factor verification. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online system can promise absolute security.
