Hina’s Collection is a home-based handmade jewellery, accessories and gifting studio in Padra, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. Products and personalisation
Please review the product description, measurements, materials, selected variant and personalised text before ordering. Minor handmade variations may occur; this does not excuse a material difference from the agreed description or design. Any product-specific customisation, preparation estimate and price must be agreed before payment.
Prices and delivery
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Delivery is complimentary within Padra and Vadodara city; standard delivery elsewhere in India is ₹30 per order. Pickup by appointment is free. The complete payable amount, including any applicable charges and taxes, will be disclosed before payment. An enquiry or bag selection does not reserve stock.
Order and payment confirmation
An order reference acknowledges receipt of the order request. Payment is confirmed only after the store verifies the received transaction. Direct UPI payments require Hina’s manual receipt verification. Check the final amount and recipient before authorising payment. A failed or dismissed payment window does not confirm payment; if debited, check the order status or contact us before paying again. Preparation begins after payment verification and any required customisation approval.
Returns and cancellations
Our Shipping & delivery, Returns & refunds and Cancellations & custom orders policies form part of these terms. No change-of-mind return is offered, but applicable rights for faulty, incorrect and misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Provide accurate order and delivery details and use the website lawfully. Our Privacy notice explains the handling of customer information. Please do not copy product photographs or brand artwork for commercial use without permission.
